Mersey Synod Meeting March 2025: living our faith beyond the walls of our churches
It was wonderful to have so many of us together from across our churches at the Mersey Synod Meeting. The theme of this Synod meeting continued Living Faith, which is the Synod theme for the next two years.
Mersey Synod Moderator, Revd Geoff Felton, said: “A big thank you to everyone who has made this Synod happen, to our hosts at Wilmslow and to all those who have turned up and been a part of the meeting. I pray we may fix our eyes on Christ and live our faith beyond the walls of our churches.”
Revd Steve Rouse led the Bible study. Steve works with London Institute for Contemporary Christianity (LICC) and is also a Baptist Minister in South West London. The Bible study theme was Living Faith and the Bible reading was Hebrews, Chapter 11.
